Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 2 oz Aperol
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
- Strain and serve in a cocktail glass.
